To increase the relative font-size of Lotus Notes applications (including e-mail), you add a Notes-ini setting to your client's notes.ini.
Display_font_adjustment=1
The number "1" means increase the size of the font "up" one. You can increase this number. You could also put in a negative number to make Lotus do smaller relative text.
