Fix Pack Fails to Run
Things to check:
Check Domino service and IBM Diagnostics not running.
Check Tivoli or other backup software not running.
Did you run as Administrator?
If on Windows 2003 Server, kill kntcma.
If on Windows 2008 R2 or Windows 2012, Performance Monitoring is probably occurring. Temporarily stop Windows Management Instrumentation.
