Replying to an E-mail Received in the Inbox
1. In the In-box, double-click to open the e-mail received to which you wish to reply.
(Alternately, you can reply directly from the Inbox.)
Unless there is a security reason to do so, it is generally the most polite thing to do to Reply with History either with or without any attachments that may exist in the original e-mail. Choose the Reply without Attachments option to save storage or space in your mail file or when the attachment would delay the reply due to a slow connection.
2. Click the "Reply with History" button. The previous e-mail is below a blue triangle (also called a twistie). In the space above that twistie, is the spot to type the message you wish to send back.
3. Type the message and click the "Send" button.
